Step 1
Prepare your equipment
Check the pot’s valve, seal and basket. Match the coffee and water to the pot’s size and fill marks.
Step 2
Load the coffee
Fill the base just below the safety valve and the basket level, without tamping. Keep the rim clean and assemble firmly before heating.
Step 3
Apply gentle heat
Keep the heat low to medium and stay with the pot. Remove it as the coffee finishes flowing or at the first gurgle.
Step 4
Pour the coffee out
Stir the coffee in the upper chamber and pour it out. Let the pot cool completely before opening it.
Step 5
Build the layers
Put 60 g warm drinking chocolate in a glass. Layer the moka coffee over it, then top with 40 g lightly whipped cream. Sip through the cream to taste the layers.
Step 6
Serve and taste
Serve the finished drink. Taste when it is comfortable to drink.
