Request deletion without the app
Email hello@pourrr.com with the subject Delete my Pourrr account. Say that you want your Pourrr account and its associated personal data deleted, and tell us the email address linked to that account.
If possible, send the request from that address. We may need to confirm that the account belongs to you before acting. Do not send your password or a sign-in code. You do not need to reinstall Pourrr to make the request.

Start deletion in Pourrr
Open Profile → Settings → Data & account → Delete account, then follow the confirmation steps shown in the app. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Deleting your Pourrr account does not itself cancel any existing store subscription. If you have one, manage it in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

What account deletion removes
The app’s deletion flow removes your sign-in account and account-owned app records, including your bean bags, brew journal, saved equipment, preferences, learning progress, account-linked weather usage counts and any AI answer reports you submitted, together with stored private photos owned by the account.
This does not mean every historical copy held by another service disappears immediately. Backup copies and analytics, crash, AI and weather-provider logs have separate retention controls.

Information that may remain
Our retention policy targets seven days for backups, 30 days for crash reports and two years for product analytics. These are policy targets, not verified erasure deadlines for every provider. OpenAI may retain separate abuse-monitoring logs. Any earlier Open-Meteo request logs remain subject to its published 90-day log lifetime. WeatherAPI.com processes optional approximate-area weather requests under its own data processing agreement; we do not promise a provider erasure deadline.
The shared forecast-high cache is organised by approximate area and local date, independently of your account. Cached forecasts expire within 24 hours and no later than the end of their forecast day. Deleting your account removes your weather usage counts; it does not clear this shared area cache. You can turn off local weather for this device in the Weather sheet on Today.
Provider controls and applicable legal requirements can affect retained records. Our privacy policy explains these qualifications and links to the relevant provider information. Email us if your request concerns information remaining outside your app account.
